Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS & Wii U are video games for Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. They are fighter games that features a variety of representation of Nintendo's different franchises, including Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Kirby, Star Fox, and Pokémon and some third-party characters, as well. These are the first games in the series since Ice Climbers' debut that doesn't feature the two characters as playable fighters. They only appear as an unlockable trophy.
