The Condor from Ice Climber.
The Condor is one of the characters in Ice Climber. It doesn't attack, but it can be seen at the end of each mountain, in the Bonus Stage. The condor holds one of the vegetables, and by grabbing onto its claws the bonus stage is concluded, with Popo celebrating on the level end screen and Nana celebrating with him as well in 2 player mode.
